Please note that our online shop europart.ru provides services only to individuals. If you represent
a company please visit our Online warehouse
or call a branch office of EUROPART Rus near you.
Payment
Cash payment
You can pay in cash when collecting your order from a pickup point. Payments are accepted in
Russian rubles according to prices in cash register and sales receipts.
Card payment
You can pay by bank card at any of our local pickup points or at our online shop (online payment).
How to make an online payment

During checkout you need to choose the "online card payment" option.

After our online shop manager confirms your order, you need to select it (now with the "Card payment" status)
in "My Account" section and click "Pay".

After choosing "Sberbank" payment method you will be redirected to a payment gate of OJSC "Sberbank Russia"
where you need to enter your card details and activate your card.
After that you can return to our shop by clicking "Back to the shop".
If your bank supports either Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode secure payment technology you will likely need to enter your special payment password. Information about how to obtain the password should be available from your bank.
- Your personal data privacy is provided by OJSC "Sberbank Russia". Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third parties except in cases provided for by the law of the RF. Online card payments are performed according to the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.

Sberbank gives you 20 minutes to perform a payment after connecting to the payment
gate so please have your card at hand. You will need the following card details:
card number, owner's name as shown on the card, valid through date,
CVV code for VISA or CVC code for MasterCard. If you are unable to perform payment in time
or your card authorisation fails you can repeat payment procedure once more.
- Pending payment confirmation your order has "waiting" status. If confirmation is not received in five days the order is automatically canceled. After the payment is confirmed your order receives "delivery to chosen pickup point" status.
Bank transfer
If you choose "bank transfer" payment method our online shop manager
will provide all necessary documents after confirming your order.
Refund
We can give you a refund ONLY IN THE SAME WAY AS YOU PAID (cash, card or bank transfer).
